Zephania Kipsang’ Yego

L.L.B. Hons (Moi), Dip Law (KSL), CPM (MTI). Mr. Zephania Yego was admitted to the Roll of Advocates on 15th December 2005. He has a vast experience in litigation of election petitions, complex constitutional matters, administration law and judicial review, employment and labour relations, land matters, commercial law and insurance matters. He worked as an associate in the firm of Kibichiy & Co. Advocates, Eldoret between December 2005 and December 2008. Mr. Yego graduated from Moi University Law School in 2003 with Second Class Honours, Upper Division. At the university he actively participated in moot court contests and represented Moi University in the 2nd African Moot Court Competition on International Humanitarian Law in Arusha in November 2002. He is also a trained mediator and has facilitated numerous mediation proceedings. In 2008, he was nominated for the Hubert Humphrey Fellowship Programme and the International Lawyers for Africa Programme. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), East African Law Society (EALS) and the Commonwealth Lawyers Association (CLA).He is the immediate former Chairman of the Law Society of Kenya, North Rift Branch a position he held between 2015-November 2019. He is an expert in election petitions, constitutional law, employment and Land Law as well as a trained Mediator. He is particularly experienced in electoral disputes and has represented IEBC in over 40 elections petitions since the year 2013 all of which he successfully defended. Mr. Yego is also a trained legislative drafter who has formulated and drafted Bills for some County Governments and County Assemblies.

Harris Aginga Chanzu

L.L.B. Hons (Moi), Dip Law (KSL)."Mr. Harris Chanzu was admitted to the Roll of Advocates on 20th July 2006. He has vast experience in litigation of commercial law and insurance matters having been an advocate in the firm of Kibichiy & Co. Advocates, Eldoret between July 2006 and February 2007, and also with Nyaundi Tuiyott & Co. Advocates between March 2007 and April 2009. Mr. Chanzu graduated from Moi University Law School in 2004 with Second Class Honours, Lower Division. He is particularly well-versed with the Law of Conveyancing, Commercial Law and insurance Law having worked for various banks and other financial institutions during his stint at Nyaundi Tuiyott & Co. Advocates. He is a member of Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and the East African Law Society (EALS) "

Diana Chebet

L.L.B. Hons (UON), Dip Law(KSL),CPM (MTI). Diana Chebet was admitted to the Roll of Advocates on 5th August 2022. She has vast experience in litigation of family law, complex constitutional matters, administration law and judicial review, employment and labour relations, land matters, commercial law and is also a trained mediator. She has been in our firm since 2018. Miss Chebet graduated from the University of Nairobi in 2016 with Second Class Honours, Upper Division. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.

Geoffrey Ng’eno

L.L.B Hons (Moi), Dip Law (KSL). Mr. Geoffrey Ng’eno was admitted to the Roll of Advocates on 9th May 2022. He has vast experience in litigation of election petitions, complex constitutional matters, administration law and judicial review, employment and labour relations, land matters, commercial law and insurance matters having been in our firm since 2021. Mr. Ng’eno graduated from Moi University Law School in 2018 with Second Class Honours, Lower Division. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
